Terms and Conditions:

  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Your gift card may only be used to make purchases up to the remaining card value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the remaining card value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
  • Gift cards can only be used in whole against a purchase and any remaining value can be saved for a future purchase. For example, if you have a $80 gift card and your total order amount is $50, applying the gift card will automatically deduct $50 (you don’t need to pay anything) and the remaining $30 on your gift card can be saved for a future purchase.
  • Your gift card will be valid for use until the expiry date. Any unused value that remains on your gift card after the expiry date will not be available for use. 
  • We are not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
  • Gift cards may only be redeemed online for items sold on our online store at joywithjo.com. Enter code at checkout for the discount to apply.

Processing Time*

The processing time is the time taken to dispatch your order. Processing time includes the time taken to pick, check, pack and dispatch your order. Every order is checked to ensure we've got the correct size, colour and quantity for you and the item(s) are in good condition. Orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days.
