1) Please ensure that you submit this return request form within 14 days of receiving your order. If you have gone past the 14 days, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your return. Any returns that are sent back to us without first submitting this return form will not be accepted.
2) We are unable to accept returns on custom made and final sale items unless the item(s) are faulty.
3) Please return the item(s) to us in the same condition you’ve received it in. This means the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, with matching accessories (if provided). For example, if the swing tag is no longer attached (and/or you’ve cut the string), we will not be able to accept your return.
4) Please return the item(s) to us in a saleable condition. This means strictly no pet hair, smell or stains.
5) A maximum of three(3) items can be returned per purchase/transaction.
6) Should a return be declined, you will need to bear the postage costs incurred to send the item(s) back to you.
